Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a nice size room that was quiet during our stay from Thursday to Tuesday. The service, particularly in the restaurant and bar, was exceptional, thanks to a very friendly and efficient front desk staff member who truly cared about improving our experience. The location, with a view of the molo and the beach just steps away from Sopot's pier and the main street filled with clubs, shops, and restaurants, was truly outstanding. The dining experience was really nice with delicious dishes. Some areas for improvement included the need for new design and refurbishment, and some confusion with the baby cot amenities. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has good, spacious rooms with modern fittings, offering a nice and comfortable stay. The service was average with some friendly staff but lacking in overall service-mindedness. The location is fantastic, right by the pier and beach, granting easy access to main attractions. The dining experience was decent but could have been better. Overall, a convenient and value-for-money stay with a few areas for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was unbeatable with a view of the molo and the beach, and being right onto the beach and next to the pier. The service was attentive without being over the top curious, which I appreciated. However, the dining experience wasn't very informative, and the food was below average at the restaurant Polskie Smaki.
The hotel offers very nice, quiet, and clean rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent views of the Baltic Sea. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although minor issues like overlooking bathroom trash and lacking plug adapters were noted. The location is good, near the beach and the famous Mole, making it worth its price. The dining experience, while greeted by amiable hosts, had occasional shortages. Facilities were generally good, yet missing amenities like a first aid kit raised concerns.
